Sorry, Neil.  I accidentally removed your message from my mailbox, so I 
haven't responded till now.  As has already mentioned by Eli Zaretskii,
you'll find djgpp port of f2c version 19941215 at SimTel.

The latest version of f2c at netlib is version 19950112. I have already
confirmed that the source patch included in f2c95c15.zip can be applied
to version 19950112 without further modification.  I'm planning to upload 
newer binary package of f2c after DJ makes djgpp 1.12maint3 and gcc263bn.zip 
available at SimTel.
