Try ftp (I dont know the file names) from ccosun.caltech.edu Supposed
to have 68xx Z80 and 8085 cross assemblers that run on MSDOS or any
systems that support K&R C. Authors are msmakela AT cc DOT helsinki DOT fi and 
A.R. Baldwin. I got this info from free compilers faq. Hope it helps.
