The keyboard shortcuts are denoted next to the name of the menu item and 
can also be accessed via Help / Hotkeys (H H).  In the default 
configuration, File / Print is mapped to F P and Ctrl+P.

Is this entry missing for you?  Do other keyboard shortcuts work?
