Er, not quite true.  Fedora is the *upstream* of RHEL, but Fedora itself
is run by the Fedora Council, not Red Hat.  Red Hat happens to be its
largest sponsor and steward, but that's because Red Hat has a vested
interest in its success.

So I think it's not fair to say its "nothing other" than ...
