Why not have a subpage with the notes. The only thing visible in your
diagram (schematic) is the symbol for the subpage.

 Use a symbol like:
http://turkos.aspodata.se/git/openhw/share/gschem/_graphical/source.sym

1, insert it in your diagram
2, edit the "filename.sch"
3, in lepton/gschem, do a File->New
4, File->Save as to whatever you entered in step 2
5, go back to your diagram
6, select the "source" symbol and do Hierarchy->Down Schmeatic
7, add whatever notes you want with Add->Text
8, do back to your diagram
etc.

/Karl Hammar
