Basically, use a fine screwdriver tip.  Apply lots of flux.  Drag a blob 
of solder across the pins.  Clean the tip by wiping.  Apply more flux. 
Drag the tip across the pins.

Inspect and use braid to clean up shorts, missed blobs, etc.
