False. I provided (and implemted) an _optional_ alternative and said if 
anyone wants to join, they are welcome. There is no way this locks you or 
anyone else in anything.

Anyway, as expected, this became rehash of an old thread. It'd be 
explained again and again that you know the One Good Way (Makefiles in 
this case) and anything else should not even be considered, yet alone 
implemented. Waste of time, so I'm out.

Next time I'll answer in this project file thread is when something _new_ 
pops up, or when someone who is in a position to actually write code 
(Roland?) says they want to join the effort.
