Yes, didn't think about the embedded copy...

It is usually done by typing or clicking, but there are also
programs for that.

If you are adventourous you can try:
 http://aspodata.se/git/openhw/bin/examine_sch.pl
it isn't able to read gafrc files so you have to edit the source to
set the subpage and symbol directories.
