The other day, a FLOSS electrical design tool.

I remain tempted to port their svg formatted parts library of electrical
and control gear with pin, i.e. connectivity ibformation, to gschem format
or similar.

Have been thinking about hydraulics but gschem did not work in windows.
Basically it is symbols with connection points so there should be no
problem and adding attributes if needed is simple.
