That's what I usually do, but I like to use pcb-rnd for layout,
and it is undergoing big changes and the S1/R2-2  kind of netlist is broken at the moment,
as infrastructure for better translations to different layout formats with
all annotation fore and back possible and every layout "atom" searchable, netlistable.

So, I'm using flat multipage now, and a unique script for each set, not make rules.
