Richard,
This should answer your question about BOM.

In case the link does not work, I searched on the WIKI for "Gnetlist 
Bill of Materials (BOM) Generation".

In short, a file called "attribs" should contain the name of the 
attributes to be listed, each on a separate line.  I have used this long 
ago, but I don't remember where the file needs to go.
