It might be that you are still using the version that was cached or 
embedded in schematic, not the one you just edited.


Click on the part(s) and then select Edit->Update component.

If that doesn't help, try deleting all instances of component in 
schematics, save it, restart the gschem, load the schematics and place 
components again.
