Hi All-

I have a question about a behavior that I don't really understand. If this
is intentional, could someone explain to me what the use case is?

Here's the procedure to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open a layout with multiple elements.
2. Select one (or more) of the elements
3. Click and drag (one of) the selected element(s) over the top of a second
unselected element
4. Press and hold the shift key while releasing the mouse button

The unselected element is removed from the layout, and the selected element
that was moved takes the name of the removed element.

Note that this only happens if the element is selected before it is moved.
If you just grab an element and move it, this doesn't happen.

Is this intentional behavior? If so, how was this supposed to be used?

Thanks,
--Chad
