Let's try a different approach.
I just set up a virtually empty git project on my server. You should be 
able to clone it:
   git clone http://bibo.iqo.uni-hannover.de/git/geda-for-windows.git

You may copy the development tree in there and push to my server. The 
repository is currently open for push from anyone without authentication. 
(Yes, I know, this is an open barn door security wise. But I feel, the 
risk is manageable in this case.)
A git repo may be the best way to go in the long run anyway. If you do 
additional patches, or if I add tweaks, we can mutually pull the changes.
