Give me a few days, I'll get as much as possible on paper, then put it 
on the wki so you can add your contribution.
But please don't let that stop you from giving me pointers and/or items 
to add! Any piece of information (on the basics) is welcome.

The reason I don't put it on the wiki right-away is that if experienced 
developers start adding all kind of detail stuff, people like me might 
get lost again ;-) I just want to get some basics in first. The ideal 
situation would be, I get a lot of information from this list and I'll 
write it down in a way I understand, that is from the (or a) new 
developers perspective.
