There is now a collection of footprints on gedasymbols.org based on the
vertical, horizontal, and screw terminals discussed above in the thread.

i.e.
http://www.gedasymbols.org/user/erich_heinzle/kicad/footprints/w_conn_screw.mod/mstba_2_5_3-g-5_08.fp

This appears to be 200 mil spaced, i.e. 5.08mm pitch, which I think is what
was needed.

The gedasymbols index may take a little while to update, but the directory
can be browsed int he meantime.

Thanks of course to Walter Lain, the GPL/CC-SA Kicad library author, from
which the PCB footprints were converted.
