You may find a suitable SMD led footprint with polarity markings in the
batch of LED footprints I imported from kicad

http://www.gedasymbols.org/user/erich_heinzle/

i.e.
http://www.gedasymbols.org/user/erich_heinzle/kicad/footprints/displays/led-CHIP-LED0603.fp

The power connector comes in 5.08 and 5.00mm pitch versions.

A couple of vias snapped to the grid would suffice as a makeshift
footprint, but the footprint seems equivalent to these, made by phoenix:

https://www.phoenixcontact.com/online/portal/us?urile=pxc-oc-itemdetail:pid=1759020

I can convert the kicad footprints for this family of modules at
http://smisioto.no-ip.org/elettronica/kicad/kicad-en.htm tonight, if you
like, and put them on gedasymbols.org

Regards,

Erich.
