Given that most users install gEDA because they want to design a PCB, the
netlist functionality that glues gschem and PCB together remains opaque to,
and possibly even unnoticed by, most initiates.

Further documentation that extends or adds to

http://wiki.geda-project.org/geda:gnetlist_ug

would be most useful to assist potential developers interested in
maximising the potential of the tool suite without resorting to
un-necessarily complicated workarounds downstream.
