Compromise there should be a window you can open that lists nets the
wad lines are for and hides the others or at least highlights the one
you are interested in when you select it. Really this should be a
feature in PCB if it isn't a hidden one right now.

WoW that is how you settle the issues of handling hierarchy in back
annotation. Reflect the hierarchy in the list. Highlight the back
annotations in red or something.

I might have an opinion of this but I have been having trouble today
