I tried asking this question on the raspberry forum last week but no one
responded.

Has anyone used a raspberry pi b+ with a small 3.5" lcd touch module built
to plug into it?

I copied the noobs files (raspbian os) to a micro sd card and plugged it
into my usb port. The red light stays on, the green light blinks a few
times but the screen stays white and it does not appear to boot.
