I do not encourage chaos. I encourage the free choice of users that leads 
to a variety of available solutions. This has better chance to yield 
solutions that a random new user finds good than if you stick to a 
centrally organized One Good Solution.

Anyway, if you are so much for centralization, I invite you to join my 
library effort (following the rules I set) and my free software 
development efforts (following my rules there too, working on projects 
that I find interesting).
