I think Kai-Martin=92s =93essentials=94 library succeeds rather well as =
a starting point. The hard part afterward is damping down the =
expectation that expanding the library will proportionally expand =
capability. Any common library is guaranteed to fall short of user needs =
once you get beyond the simplest projects.
