No. It mentions my changes to "changelog.html". But it misses about all the changes I did to other 
files.

I tried to move symbols/power/protective_earth.sym away to /tmp. A subsequent
"cvs update" loaded protective_earth.sym from the server. Same messages on
the command line as before ecept for

U symbols/power/protective_earth.sym
\-------------

The contents of the new protective_earth.sym was identical to the one I just
moved away. The diff tool reports no difference.
