PCB handles scaling and centering, but I don't think it bothers
clipping, since most boards happen to fit and clipping isn't *needed*
if they don't - the printer (or postscript renderer, for software
postscript solutions) does it.

Mine was free, because it was broken. Had to repair it, and it still
needs more repair, and the image quality is pretty poor... but it does
print :-)
