Yes, but I want it to always be there with the weird part.  Admittedly
I may get lazy and graft some sort of after-the-fact check on the .pcb
into my build setup.

But really isn't text in footprints a pretty likely thing to want?
And all the pieces are already there in PCB it seems.  It would be
nice if it could somehow go in PCB proper
rather than my smaller Pcb_9 based world.
