On the topic of contributing to gedasymbols, though: I myself am not a
contributor, per se, but I keep a directory of contributions that I
would make if I were. This directory is, of course, a bzr branch that
gets pushed to github. I haven't used CVS since high school, and it's
been years since I touched svn. I balk at the idea of reverting to
either. Has the possibility of a DVCS-based alternate / experimental /
proof-of-concept gedasymbols archive ever been discussed here?

(And am I correct to duck and cover for asking such a question?)
