I have done some cleanup, put new pictures and the source code on my
page:

 http://www.ssalewski.de/Router.html.en

Cleanup is still a work in progress -- the upper half of router.rb is
not bad, the lower half contains some clutter. Basically it is very
simple, and results are not bad. I am using CGAL for the initial
Delaunay triangulation now. The code contains some death functions
called unused_... -- without these it should be less than 1k lines.
