I was trying a while back to build using <http://mxe.cc/>. If GEDA-PCB
were not to depend on GDLIB I think that I would have
succeeded. GEDA-GAF built "out of the box". Seems to me MXE is the best
supported cross environment now for those of us having to submit stuff
for Windows.
