microcontroller-design-style
jeffs-style

etc.

I suggest this because geda-skeleton-project is the perfect top level name for these
kinds of things.  But maybe you're not up for maintaining such.

If not, we can
clone it and make versions named as:
geda-skeleton-project-micro
or
geda-skeleton-project-iplibs
