I've got a schematic symbol and pcb footprint for Bourns part number 
CAY10-330J4LF:

It is an 8-pin, 4 resistor network. It's very small, not sure if it is 
0805 or not. Also the footprint isn't vetted yet - but I think it is 
okay to use.  If you want it, let me know.
