I think I found a bug.  If I add the following line to the end of
my $HOME/.pcb/preferences file and run pcb, rat lines are drawn
with the correct, 2 pixel thickness:
rat-thickness = 2

However, if I exit and restart pcb, the rat lines are drawn thick
again.  Also, the line has vanished from my preferences file.

Next I tried adding it to $HOME/.pcb/settings instead of
preferences.  This time the setting works and is preserved.  Cool.
