   Ahh, thank you Peter!  The behavior I want is actually achieved with 
a positive number.  I have it set to 32 now, and will work with it for a 
few hours (I'm in the middle of a new design) and see if I need to tweak 
it further.  Thank you very much for your assistance.

   It's support like this that makes me never want to look at another 
piece of commercial software again.
