If I lay down a pair of neighboring vias that are meant to be electrically connected, and then draw a rectangle that encloses the vias, the rectangle by default avoids the vias.
I can alter this by manually editing the pcb file in a text editor and removing the “clearpoly” flag of the Polygon object, but how do I make this change from within the PCB GUI?

Thanks,
James
