Hi guys. Just started using PCB about a month ago and have enjoyed using
it thus far. I almost have my first complicated 4 layer board finished,
however I've run into a problem.

I'm trying to draw a copper fill on the top layer to connect a large
thermal ground pad to ground. I did this just fine with several other
parts, but for some reason now when I draw the polygon, it doesn't appear
and I get the following message:

Polygon cleared out of existence near (43688001, 38290502)

I tried drawing polygons in other areas of the boards to see what was going
on and everywhere there is a trace or pad , the polygon is cleared out.
I've read where it talks about "New lines, arcs clear polygons checked in
the Settings", but these seems to be opposite of my problem. I've tried
ClrFlag(Selected, Join) but that doesn't change things. I can't seem to
find the correct flag. It seems like it may be the Auto-DRC flag, but I
can't figure out how to toggle it. Could someone help? I would appreciate
it greatly!
