Toporouter was a Google Summer of Code 2009 project done by Anthony B.
-- never really finished. There are 8k lines of C code in PCB sources,
not much more documentation. I spent some hours investigating that code,
but I am not smart enough to really understand it. In the past the pcb
command toporouter() was working -- when there were no manually routed
traces on the board.

Teardrops is DJ's plugin, see

Of course I meant O(n^3.5), where n is the number of traces. Sorry.
