That link is the correct link for the link you updated.
The Wayback archive pages for the original link redirect
to sourceforge circa 2009.

The Wayback archive didn't have his page.  Searching for
Turbo Vision and his name yields the same.  His LinkedIn
profile comes up too.  So, he can probably be contacted
via a LinkedIn account.
