All I'm aware of is what is (only) in /current/v2gnu/:    cvs110?.zip,
rcs5713?.zip

Neither is networking aware, IIRC, and they are both quite old. But
hey, it's a start. GNU did actually update RCS recently, surprisingly,
so you could also take a look at that:
