Hi, > On Jun 27, 10:03=A0pm, Rugxulo <rugx DOT DOT DOT AT gmail DOT com> wrote: > > > Ragnarok: 2000 (gfx, no srcs, BP7 ??) > > ADOM: 2001 (ASCII, no srcs ... yet??) > > NetHack: 2003 (gfx, C) I found Falcon's Eye (graphical NetHack fork, based upon older 3.1.3) a while back, but no precompiled DOS binary existed. It claimed to support DOS, so today, for laughs, I gave it a try. Sure, there was a silly hardcoded path in the makefile as well as one omitted dependency (jtp_keys.*) that made me manually copy a file to another dir. Otherwise, it built and ran fine (DOSBox 0.73) albeit without sound (not supported on DOS, doh). It's isometric, 3d-ish, uses the mouse. So, if you like roguelikes or NetHack or that kind of thing, give it a try. I don't know what I'm doing when I play it (seem to run around aimlessly, can't find doors easily), but hey, it seems like it could be fun. Not updated since 2001, though. http://users.tkk.fi/~jtpelto2/nethack.html http://falconseye.sourceforge.net/index.html P.S. Finally got to the Elven Halls in DC:SS last night, but Roxanne killed me. :-P
