hmm.  now I am wondering if all my DOS prorams need to have the
licensing changed.  they don't use that modified library, but instead
#include standard djgpp libraries and use them.
does this mean that all those programs also need to be LGPL rather
than GPL due to the non-free nature of the libraries (am I getting
this right)?
