Is apparent that all procedures for download and install DJGPP are OK.

Now, check in a DOS window if your source file, samp.c  exist. I'm not sure=
,
but IIRC, notepad appends a "txt" extension to files created with him.
=BFMaybe your source file is named samp.c.txt?
