I'm doing some experiments again...
1) Do I need to setup callgate in GDT or can be used LDT as good?
2) How do I allocate GDT descriptor? As I can see, there's only 10h
entries in my GDT under DOS and all are used.
Undew win9x there are plenty of free GDT entries and I'm able to write
there.
3) Under win9x I point callgate to "magic" selector 28h (GDT[5]) which
has following attributes:
GDT[005h]: base = 00000000h, limit = FFFFFFFFh, system: N, DPL = 0,
type: XR*
I don't understnd why, that was taken from some example but seems to
be constant under win9x.
But there's no similar descriptor with cwsdpmi under dos.

BTW I tried cwsdpr0 and it gave all cs,ds,ss PL=0 but I'd like to make
it without it if possible.
