GPL has even more restrictions than LGPL and LGPL desinged to help you yo 
use GPL library - you may not publish sources of your parts of your program 
if using LGPL libraries, as opposite, for libraries under GPL you must do 
it.

But LGPL require that you can not disable to end user to relink your parts 
of your program with new version of used LGPL library and to debug LGPL 
library.
