Did you remember to use "extern" in the .h file, and declare them in
exactly one of the .c files?

If you have function *declarations* in a .h file, you must mark those
functions "static".  Unless they're tiny, you probably don't want to
do this, as you end up with multiple copies of each function in your
program, and gdb doesn't always like to debug functions that aren't in
the .c file.
