What's ANSI.NT? Or do you mean djgpp programs causes CONFIG.NT
drivers/settings to be used. So if you have an ansi.sys driver there,
it should clear the screen. Nothing new about that. 

But MingW uses the WinCon API which doesn't grok ANSI w/o a 
special device-driver.
