Well, we do have a published interface - see the first message in this thread
for the link. And frankly spoken, I wonder what you are waiting for. DR-DOS
has got this multitasking interface since version 7.0, which has been
released more than ten years ago. It is probably more than late to think
about using it in DJGPP, but better late than never. And if we continue to
only support features that are defined by MS-DOS, then we are glorifying a
dead operating system. I think that it is necessary for programmers to be
able to make use of new features in OSes as they become available because if
even the development software does not allow the use of these features, then
applications developed with it will not support them, either.
