He mentioned having transferred a HD from one machine to the other.  I
guess the C: and D: drives of his XP installations are NTFS, so DOS
won't see them.  And since the old HD is probably installed as the
slave, it'll appear behind the new one.  

But that really shouldn't cause any unsurmountable problems.  As long
as PATH and DJGPP are set up correctly, it should just work.
