I've discovered that the make program doesn't build targets with
the same name of the disk volume label. It seems that make see a file
with the same name of the label in any directory of the disk.

I've tested with DOS 6.22 and the mak3791b.zip package (the same happen with the
alpha mak380b.zip).

For example:

C:\> label dos
C:\> cd tmp

makefile:
----------------------------
dos:
	echo Alive
----------------------------

C:\TMP\> make
make: `dos' is up to date.
