Thank you for the advice.
texinfo2man is an utility I have never used before. It is build by the Makefile
in indent-2.2-9/doc and produces the man page indent.1 from indent.1.in and
indent.texinfo. I have build the port on Win98SE and on plain DOS (DOS 7.1).
The building never failed on none of both OS. I have used djgpp 2.03 patchlevel 2
IIRC. Anyway, it seems that the issue must be investigated.
