That's not necessarily good advice.  Keeping these lines in a
batchfile is actually better than putting them directly into
autoexec.bat, as long as you know what you're doing.  For one thing,
it makes keeping multiple C compiler toolchains installed o the same
box a lot less error-prone.

And if you still want to, you can still put a "call" of that separate
batch into autoexec.bat.
