For starters you do not have the latest files.

Now for the help:-
1) Go and grab the latest Rhide 1.5.0.1 at
http://rhide.sourceforge.net/snapshots/ (www.rhide.com is not working
when about 2 minutes ago)
2) Go and grab the 2.04 wip release at
http://clio.rice.edu/djgpp/win2k/main.htm

Makre sure you read the docs for 2.04 and the updated readme file.
